鍾吉家，男，台灣省雲林縣人，1968年生，未婚，A型，天秤座，空大公行學系畢業，嗜好詩文創作、媒體編採、演藝、公益活動。目前服務國立台灣體育大學(台中)，興大國政所、全民英檢班結業、空大公行研究所研究生並續修人文學系及行政管理科,曾任中州工專校刊總編輯、空大社團負責人。歷年榮獲台中縣傑出社會青年、台中縣、市傑出殘障青年、第二屆生之勇者全國傑出殘障青年、全國優秀青年詩人、全國推展詩運獎、全球華人傑出藝術家、亞太地區第九屆十大炬光優秀青年、2005年友善港都無障礙大使，作品散見各大傳播媒體、國內外徵文及比賽各項獎項，台中市立文化局、文英館、維他露基金會館、台中縣立港區藝術中心獲邀展出作品。著有古今中外金言集、溫情滿人間、星河夜語、萬能媽咪等書。
