Born in 1966, WenLong Tsai is a outstanding student graduated from the art major in high school.He is a painter as well as a art designer, who once earned the poster design award in a competition. In addition, he is a great stage performer has quite contribution to promote the drama in Kaohsiung.
His works has been invited to exhibit in the Cultural Center of Kaohsiung and other public places individually or jointly, which both gained the high praise.
