So far, we’ve been talking about the capacitance of a conducting object that is isolated from its surroundings. You put some charge on such an object, and, as a result, the object takes on a certain value of electric potential. The charge-to-potential ratio is called the capacitance of the object. But get this, if the conductor is near another conductor when you put the charge on it, the conductor takes on a different value of electric potential for the exact same amount of charge. This means that just being in the vicinity of another conductor changes the effective capacitance of the conductor in question.

11.4. Companies consider data to be a company asset. Spatial data, falling within this definition of data, would also be an asset. However, spatial data is often out utilized to the extent that it could be to fully leverage its value. This is a very simple, but it does illustrate the possible use of existing spatial data that are not generally thought of as spatial.

When presented in a matter-of-fact manner, any logic, no matter how far-fetched, can sound somewhat rational.  For months now some of you have been watching, in amusement, while enquirers continue to be deceived by someone whose  imaginary, groundless logic that is speculative at best ultimately serves no one but himself (or herself).  It is unfair to boost up your status and ego at the expense of those who come to this forum seeking answers to their problems.   Information obtained here can very well be considered newly acquired knowledge, which as we all know, may have lingering effects on enquiries.
