<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">那天客人滿多的，菜出得慢，不過還好，陸續送了來，大家開始用餐，吃到甜點時，我點的餐還沒送來，因為是一家人，所以我吃一點你的前餐，你吃一點他的主菜，大家都沒注意到這事，但我沒忘記。<span lang="EN-US"> <br><br></span>送飲料來時，服務小姐很不好意思地詢問，是不是還有一份餐未送來？<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">我說是，服務小姐很客氣的說了一聲對不起就離開了。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">不到三十秒，老闆娘帶著大廚到我旁邊，連聲抱歉，說剛把主菜放下去而已，還要一二十分鐘，問我能不能等一下，或者要退掉。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">我答：「沒關係，我知道你們今天忙，難免會慢一些，我等一下好了，等好的時候幫我打包起來，我帶回家。」<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">老闆娘跟大廚連聲道謝離開。<span lang="EN-US"> <br><br></span>然後，原來沒點餐的小朋友都有了甜點、水果與飲料。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:blue;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">埋單時我驚訝地問說是否算錯了，老闆娘在旁邊解釋道：「因為你的諒解與客氣，所以餐點打八折，沒上桌的那一份免費，小孩子的附餐也免費招待。」<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:purple;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">我的工作讓我常常有機會介紹全國各地想學武術氣功健身養生的民眾給做武術氣功推廣工作的各地教練朋友，按照行規，或多或少總會有些介紹費，但我從來沒接受。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY:細明體;"><font color="#000000"> </font></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:purple;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">父親長期擔任愛心協會和監獄觀護輔導的義工，常常都要義務去各地訪視社會弱勢家庭，並且適時尋求社會資源給予協助與關懷，當他們熬過難關後也常常拿一些自己種植的苦瓜等蔬果來回報父親的幫忙，但是父親總是很客氣的婉謝<span lang="EN-US">!</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="COLOR:purple;FONT-FAMILY:細明體;">因此，當我們須全家外出離家數天時，我們不用擔心家裡的魚會餓死、花會枯死，當我們需要搬運東西時，我們不用找搬家公司﹔當我們無車可用時，不必擔心沒人載……<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">身體骨骼的骨質，自出生後會隨著年紀而增加，大約在二十至三十歲會達到最高峰，之後骨質逐漸減少，女性在停經後，骨質減少的速度會加快，如果骨質流失過多，使得原本緻密的骨骼形成許多孔隙，呈現中空疏鬆的現象，就是所謂的「骨質疏鬆症」。另外，老年性骨質疏鬆症多見於<span lang="EN-US">70</span>歲以上的老人。<span lang="EN-US"><br><br></span>骨質疏鬆症的影響有哪些？天主教聖功醫院骨科凃振興醫師指出，骨頭因疏鬆而變薄、變脆弱、容易造成骨折，特別是前臂骨、股骨及脊椎骨。骨質疏鬆症最明顯的症狀，就是脊椎壓迫性骨折，它會引起背部酸痛，身高變矮，及駝背現象，常見的「老倒勼」即是指這種現象。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">凃振興醫師表示，骨質一旦流失就很難再完全恢復，預防骨質疏鬆宜趁早養足骨本，有效方法包括增加鈣質攝取。鈣質是人體骨頭最主要的成份，<span lang="EN-US">30</span>歲以前是骨骼的成長期，骨質逐漸增加而達高峰，在此期間，如果能攝取足夠的鈣質，即可建立較緻密的骨質。中年以後骨質每年約減少<span lang="EN-US">0.3%</span>～<span lang="EN-US">0.5%</span>，停經後婦女流失速度更快，為減緩骨質流失的速度，每日應攝取足夠的鈣，足見鈣質的重要性。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">一、認識鈣質的來源<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">（<span lang="EN-US">1</span>）牛奶及乳製品：牛奶富含鈣質，且容易被人體吸收，對骨骼保健非常重要，其他乳類食品如乳酪、酸乳酪等，也都富含鈣質，除一般牛奶外，個人可依其體質選用下列牛奶替代：<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">‧低脂或脫脂牛奶，可供必須低脂肪攝取者飲用。<span lang="EN-US"> <br></span>‧低乳糖牛奶，可供乳糖不耐症者飲用（於喝牛奶後會產生腹漲、腹瀉的人）。<span lang="EN-US"> <br></span>‧發酵乳，牛奶經過發酵後，將部份乳糖分解為乳酸，而改變口味，可供乳糖不耐症者或是不喜歡牛奶口味之人飲用。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">（<span lang="EN-US">2</span>）其他含鈣量高的食物<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>‧小魚（連骨進食）、魚乾、蝦類、蛤及牡蠣等。另外熬骨頭湯時，加醋可易於骨中鈣質溶出。<span lang="EN-US"> <br></span>‧豆類、豆製品及深色蔬菜等，唯其鈣質較不易被吸收。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>‧鈣片，鈣質最好是由食物中獲得，若實在無法由食物中攝取足夠的鈣質，可服用鈣片補充，但是須注意一次服用不要超過<span lang="EN-US">500</span>～<span lang="EN-US">600</span>毫克，每日不要超過<span lang="EN-US">1500</span>毫克。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">在攝取鈣食品時，凃振興醫師提醒，若同時服用維他命<span lang="EN-US">D</span>，或喝少量牛奶，能有利於鈣質的吸收。若服用鈣片引起脹氣、便秘時，可在服用前多喝水或於進食時服用。此外，服用其他藥物的１～２小時內，不可服用鈣片。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">雙磷鹽（<span lang="EN-US">Biphosphonate</span>）：它的作用主要在抑制骨質的再吸收，以往第一代雙磷鹽在連續使用會有造成骨質硬化的副作用，所以用<span lang="EN-US">3</span>個月要休息一個月，在第二代（<span lang="EN-US">Alendroneate- </span>福善美）已去除此一缺點，並且臨床測驗証實在使用半年到一年時間內，可有效提高<span lang="EN-US">BMD</span>，而且降低骨折率達<span lang="EN-US">40</span>～<span lang="EN-US">50%</span>，但它也有一樣討厭的副作用，就是造成食道灼傷，所以凃醫師提醒，使用上須注意事項：<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>（<span lang="EN-US">1</span>）早上起床空腹使用<span lang="EN-US"> <br></span>（<span lang="EN-US">2</span>）搭配大量的水<span lang="EN-US">(</span>約<span lang="EN-US">250C</span><span lang="EN-US">.C.</span>以上的開水<span lang="EN-US">)<br></span>（<span lang="EN-US">3</span>）服用後半小時不能平躺，以免胃酸逆流灼傷食道<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">值得注意的是注射型的雙磷酸鹽藥物目前已經上市，健保患者自<span lang="EN-US">97</span>年<span lang="EN-US">8</span>月<span lang="EN-US">1</span>日 起便可使用，目前的研究報告指出除了擁有第二代對骨質改善及骨折預防的效果之外，還可避免食道灼傷的副作用，日後使用上應該會更方便。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">三、適當的運動<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">運動方面，適度的戶外運動是必要的，凃振興醫師表示，因陽光能使身體產生維生素，維生素<span lang="EN-US">D</span>可以加強腸胃對鈣的吸收，持續而且適量運動，可以防止骨質疏鬆、幫助睡眠、維持活力，選擇適合自己運動（如：<span lang="EN-US"><a title="&#x006e38;&#x006cf3;" href="http://tw.news.yahoo.com/article/url/d/a/080916/61/?"><span lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US">游泳</span></span></a></span>、太極拳、外丹功…等），避免需要碰撞或快速移位的運動，以免摔倒。最好參加運動團體，一方面較能持之以為恆，同時也能拓展人際關係。有些負重運動<span lang="EN-US"> ( </span>如：慢跑、騎單車、步行、提重等<span lang="EN-US"> ) </span>能增加骨質，但患有關節炎者，應避免負重運動。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">四、預防跌倒<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p> 
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0cm 0cm 0pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;"><b style=""><span style="FONT-SIZE:14pt;LINE-HEIGHT:250%;FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">若經診斷確診為罹患骨質疏鬆症的人，最重要的是要「預防跌倒」，以免發生骨折。預防跌倒的方法，首先須改善居家環境，包括浴室、廚房、廁所及樓梯是較容易跌倒的地方，應有充足的照明，保持地面乾燥或鋪設防滑墊、加裝扶手。其次，就是前項所提到，要維持適當的運動，因為運動可以增進肌力及關節柔軟性並改善身體的協調能力，而減少跌倒的機會。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></span></b></p>
