煮蛋不可先放鹽 .....
今天在「消費高手」節目中,聽到烹飪老師說： 炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽巴, 因為鹽與蛋中ㄉ乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』 ,有毒！
.....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,
若加鹽蒸ㄉ蛋會有一點綠綠ㄉ顏色。(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!),那就是化學變化產生ㄉ氯 .炒蛋ㄋ就等起鍋前再加鹽吧!
