<p><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">我們早晨是<span>5:00</span>起床<span>,</span>在印度一種號角喇叭聲中吹醒<span>,</span>很特別的感覺<span>,</span>在家怎麼可能這麼早起<span>,</span>即使醒了也想賴床<span>,</span>陳老師說其實人睡眠一天只要<span>4</span>小時就足夠<span>,</span>若需要更多睡眠是錯誤生活方式造成的<span>,</span>例如<span>:</span>熬夜、吃過多、想太多<span>---</span>等等<span>.</span>起床後我們梳洗整裝約半小時<span>,</span>然後做早課<span>,</span>什麼是早課<span>?</span>包含了呼吸法練習、冥想靜坐、體位法、深度放鬆<span>.</span>早課做完才可以吃早餐<span>.</span></span></font></p>
<p><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;"><span><img height="102" src="http://tw.blog.yahoo.com/photo/photo.php?id=dJ7mSIWfERv0_ioOA6g4I19n&amp;photo=tn_F23_20080306123247614.jpg" width="81"/>&nbsp;</span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY:標楷體;">透過呼吸法的練習<span>,</span>不僅僅是呼吸到一天中最好的空氣品質<span>,</span>它訓練我們在呼吸間透過呼吸法的練習去找到與體悟到平衡點<span>,</span>可以起引每一個人的靈性能量<span>,</span>但必須注意力集中<span>,</span>心靈及意識不可跑出去遊山玩水<span>, Swami Asokanandaji</span>大師說當他有煩惱時<span>,</span>呼吸法的練習因為注意力集中<span>,</span>心會慢慢靜下來<span>,</span>潛意識就會浮現<span>,</span>會出現他平日在煩惱的那些事<span>,</span>他會覺知什麼問題在困擾他<span>,</span>將潛意識浮現出來變成淺意識<span>, </span>然後記錄在“靈性日記”上<span>,</span>雖然問題尚未解決還是存在<span>,</span>但是<span>let it go ,</span>然後好睡<span>,</span>不要讓自己平靜的心靈與問題牽扯不清<span>,</span>去掛鉤<span>.</span>好功力<span>,</span>也好深好難喔<span>!</span>而且還提醒呼吸力量與速度不可以減弱要平均<span>,</span>也不要刻意去控制<span>,</span>而且不要數數字<span>,</span>讓自己可以很舒服不會累的做下去為原則<span>.</span>真的是好一個呼吸法<span>!</span></span></font></p>
