Know ＆ Be Thyself--活在當下

影痴＋書癡～
看過的電影和書本（包括漫畫）可能都已經破萬～
近年來熱衷探索古傳智慧或所謂的「密意知識」～
所有的密意知識，不論東西方，只有一個目標：處在當下（being present
）。而歷來的智者不約而同都會說：「沒有當下就沒有真實生命可言。」

生命的奧秘或奇蹟就只有一個：當下，以及，延長當下。

當下是一秒接著一秒的戰鬥與堅持。
永不止息。

禪師說：一念悟，即佛；一念迷，即凡夫。
目前的我們只是「一秒佛」以及「一整天的凡夫」；延長當下就是使自己從「一秒佛」變成「兩秒，五秒，八秒...十五分鐘佛」。
中古世紀一位Sufi大師說：只要你能夠處在當下十五分鐘，你就能隨心所欲了。

當下的英文是"Presence"，也是「出席」「到場」的意思。
沒有當下於自己的生活便意味著：一如某部電影的片名，「我的生活沒有我」"My Life without Me."。

葛吉夫說：隨時隨地記得你自己。
隨時隨地處在當下；永不止息。

古代智慧將「愛」等同於「當下」。
例如歷史上對愛做了最佳註解的哥林多前書第十三章：

我若能說世人和天使的方言，卻沒有愛，我就成了鳴的鑼、響的鈸一樣。
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

我若有先知講道的恩賜，也明白各樣的奧祕，各樣的知識；並且有全備的信，叫我能夠移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。
And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

我若把一切所有的分給人，又捨己身被人焚燒，卻沒有愛，對我仍然毫無益處。
If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈。愛是不嫉妒，不自誇，不張狂；
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant

不作失禮的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易動怒，不計較人的過犯；
or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;

不喜歡不義，只喜歡真理。
it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

愛是凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

愛永不止息。
Love never ends.

將文中的「愛」改成「當下」之後，就會得到一個嶄新的觀點以及嶄新的可能性：

我若能說世人和天使的方言，卻沒有「當下」，我就成了鳴的鑼、響的鈸一樣。
