憂鬱症是魂問題，只能用魂方法解決………..吃屬靈食物

但心理問題又會造成肉體疾病

 

憂鬱症是一種懼怕的狀態，憂鬱症是懼怕留下的痕跡

 

1994年 我經歷過憂鬱症，它像生活在寒冷的冬天陰暗，沒有光和力量在你的生命中，

有些人活在最壞的情況下，他們是活在死陰幽谷。

 

這種疾病是危險的，當額外的壓力 加上，會使人結束生命。

 

Depression such as soul problem, only can be solved by spiritual way

cure is....................be fed with spiritual food

Depression is a state of fear,

depression is the impression left by fear

 

In 1994, I’ve experienced the depression,

it like life in cold, cloudy winter, without Light and Strength in your life, others even worst, they are in the darkness valley,

This illness could be in danger, when extra pressure adds on him that will push man ends his life.

 

Long time ago I stood before the boss of chemical store, asked: Do you have……. 

I couldn’t speak the drug’s name………… but it is a simple word,

I familiar with the drug of anesthesia that uses in surgical operations to make man to lose consciousness, It is useful for me to commits suicide

 

The boss looked at me, said: what……..

 

What……..I couldn’t speak such as a simple word.

 

Wa……… What a wonderful thing

 

I didn’t know the Hand of God touched my head or what ?

 

Make intercession of Danny or pray for yourself

Bible says: Man doesn’t live by bread alone, but by every word proceed from God, this truth teaches us that sustain life needs 2 kinds of food:  

Worldly food and Spiritual food

 

I wonder how many people that will pray for Danny  persist in this ………daily  and continue until he be healed

 

But at least you must pray for yourself,

in Lord’s prayer(Matthew 6:11) Jesus taught us that ask for daily bread everyday  

 

What would happen ? if we don’t buy and eat the spiritual food.

 

Nothing happen ………..that is aspect of outward but inward……… 

 

[kjv] Mat8:22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

 

There are two kinds of children: healthy children that full of life, of energy, of interesting, always laugh and love

 

but another kind of children that they interest nothing ,inactivity , they only bodies live, their souls, spirits are in under-nourished, in state of sleep (spiritual drowsiness)or no “Life”. 

 

Considering:  if you read Bible is in dryness, it should read with joy and sweet,

如果你讀聖經是枯燥乏味,應該越讀越喜樂和甜蜜

[ KJV]Isaiah 5:13 [big5] 所以，我的百姓因無知就被擄去；尊貴人(有錢人)非常飢餓，會眾極其乾渴。
[kjv] Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

[kjv] Prv16:24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

若服事不是從心裡 被愛和喜樂激起，若不能作長時間的崇拜和祈禱。

served didn’t inspire with love and joy,

cannot make long hours of worship and prayer.

我勸你去買  屬靈食物，特別是屬靈的酒。

I advise you to go and buy spiritual food from God, especial spiritual wine.

 

In Rev 2:1 Jesus rebuked one kind of church(men), they serve the Lord, many acts in Church but those just fleshly works, lost Love of Jesus Christ(first love) in their hearts,

  

Rev 2:1 [kjv] Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write………

2:2.[kjv] I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience……………

2:3.[kjv] And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

2:4.[kjv] Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

 

Why they lost first Love ?  

Since the union(connection) was broken, branch has left vine, 

may be they are busy watching TV or earning money, no time in prayer.   

 

 

 [kjv] Isa5:13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

 

 [kjv] Hos4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

[KJV] 何西阿書 4:6 

我百姓因為無知  被毀滅：

祢拒絕知識，我也會拒絕你，使你不能當我的牧師：

祢忘記上帝的律法(舊約)，我也會忘記你的兒女。

 

What is the cure ?

 

Yes, cure is as mother Kris said: pray for him to seek God first

 

God calling those who thirst, hungry people, come   buy  and  eat

 

Isaiah 55: 1 [kjv] Ho, every one that thirsts, come ye to the waters,

and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat;

yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

 

55:2[kjv] Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

 

55:3 [kjv] Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you,

even the sure mercies of David.

 

 

Please note this word: buy

Why God does not give spiritual food freely ?  

  

Rev 3:18 [kjv] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

 

Here again,  

God wants us to pay the price

 

 

How to eat the spiritual food ?

 

55:3 [kjv] Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live

When Lord Jesus preach, a stream of light flow out His mouth,

That is Life eternal , very beautiful,

like shining light like wind flows through spirit, soul, body

that cleans,

restores,

renew youth,

heals,

strengthen,

such knowledge beyond human’s understanding.

 i don’t know how to describe it properly,

but I’ve experienced it many years, or I would break down under pressures, filths........   

 

John 6:63[kjv] It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

 

Today our Lord Jesus Christ has left Israel, who can feed us that food ?

 

Holy Spirit instructed David Wilkerson: If you not allow the fear of God in your heart, I will take away my anointing, you'll still preach but preach dead………

What the payment ?

 

My goal is to magnify Word of God, make you grow more and more like Jesus Christ.

Please open the Bible keep the words in your mind, but that is not enough, keep words in your heart,

remember?

That is Lord’s command from proverb 3:1, 4:4,

Most believers do not let words into their heart, no wonder today Christianity are powerless, they preach but preach dead, no life, no feeding 

 

and please respond to me or I’ll discourage and become cold man

Isaiah 55:1~3  says about 5 kinds of spiritual food,

in fact, you can find more in the Bible,

Let me give an example of spiritual food:

 

Man need be loved and give love,

 

when you embrace baby and touch him, you are feeding the baby’s spirit.

 

Once I attended Sunday service, Sis. Kris met me and gave me a loving hug that really touched my heart until now my heart still thankful in that,

that action really better than Sunday’s sermon ,

Sorry………. Pastor Brandon, I mean not your sermon was bad, just sometime a smile or an embrace could do better than hours of sermon,

No wonder God commanded angel as smile as they can

 

I believe mother Kris shall give best love and care to Danny,

 but human being is limit, they couldn’t give you daily bread,

 

Our heavenly Father wants us to seek Him, continue to meet Him  every day.

Let’s take look her writings:  listening to God:

Another spiritual meat is that of listening to God and hearing His voice. Christians through the ages have been challenged to do this by prophets. Isaiah said: Come to me with your ear wild open. Listen, for the life of your very soul is at stake……..(Isaiah 55:3)

 Serendipity is man’s way of elevating his own spirit, of getting a “high” out of what could otherwise be a “low” God’s provision for the spirit of man is the highest from of serendipity

ever conceived ! The Bible says that our spirits are connected directly to the Holy Spirit.( see Romans 8:16 Galatians 4:6, I John4:13 )

in my experience with listening to God’s voice speaking through my spirit that connection has proven true.

It is possible to learn to hear the Holy Spirit speak directly. As I am willing to spend time listening. I hear!

The Holy Spirit shares specific things with me which are both inspiration and enlightening.

He provides guidance for living! His words wash clean all spots of doubt, of fear, of failure.

They completely flush out all feeling of hate, anxiety, and tension.

Hearing God’s voice has cause me to find a new peace and serenity. It continues to bathe me in quietness and great contentment. I have come to Know that all things are under the Father’s providential care, and His shadow is cast upon all my desire in prayer. I am encouraged to feast continually on this spiritual meat.

 Through listening to God speak, I have developed a new level of faith—the kind of faith that help me to know that nothings I request in prayer will go unanswered. Anyone who yields himself to Jesus finds this same rewarding experience. You soon know that it is well worth all the patience and persistence required to learn to listen.

In talking with American Christians, I find that not too many have ever tasted of this spiritual food.

 

Let’s consider 5 kinds of spiritual food of Isaiah 55:1~3

 

Spiritual milk

Since new born babies begin life on a diet consisting mostly of milk, our discussion of diet for baby Christian will start there also.

In spiritual realm, we are born into the family of God as spiritual infants when we become Christians. Food plays a very important role in their future development and their future well-being.

God planned that spiritual growth should begin with the drinking of milk---the milk of the Word and Prayer.

 

Bible Study

But why “the milk of the Word” first?

For an insight into the reason why baby Christians should get into the Word of God for their first nourishment, let’s go to the Scriptures themselves. We read:

John 6:35[kjv] And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

 

John8:52[kjv] If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

 

Let’s get serious. These verse are the promise of God to His children. The words of Jesus truly are imperishable and full of life and power. We have the opportunity and the privilege of benefiting by belief in them.

To take advantage of this opportunity we must “eat them” regularly. Therefore, regular Bible reading and study are one of the first spiritual nutrients.

the quality and quantity of our spiritual food consume affect person’s spiritual performance.

 

there are very definite observable negative effects on the spiritual performance of persons who are eating low quality and not enough quantities of nutrients in their spiritual diets.

These individuals show definite symptoms of a low or depleted spiritual energy level, inability to concentrate on spiritual matters, excessive lethargy and fatigue due to under nutrition.

 

Very definitely. Poor spiritual food habits are often found in persons who

do not have the will to live,

the will to get well,

the will to work,

the will to be generous,

the will to get involved,

the will to help their brothers,

the will to commit themselves to noble ideals and purposes in life………..

沒有意志力 大方，

沒有意志 參與，

沒有意志力 幫助自己的弟兄，

沒有意志 致力於生命中的崇高理想和目的... ...
