3 1 2 經絡鍛煉法就是通過三個穴位的按摩(合谷穴、內關穴、足三里穴)、一個腹部的呼吸和以兩條腿為主的下蹲運動。
3 1 2 meridian training method is through three points of massage (Hegu, Neiguan, and Zusanli), an abdominal breathing and consisting mainly of two legs squat exercises.

Since the publication of the 3 1 2 Meridian Exercise in 1990, this method has been popularized through booklets, newspapers, radio and TV in the last 15 years.
There are more than several millions people at home and abroad have practised this meridian exercise and benefited from the effectiveness.
For instance, there were five delegations of eastern European countries organized by the Hungary-China Friendship Association and in Singapore, Malaysia, ~312~ has made known in every household family.
