大家好，我是來自香港的Maggie，在台北橄欖小館法國料理任行政主廚已十年多了，在波特英式小館、阿克特地中海小館任顧問。在TLC旅遊生活頻道主持‘Maggie's 魔法料理'，多多指教。

Hello everyone! I'm Maggie Liu from Hong Kong, the chef of Le Bistro de L'olivier in Taipei since 1999.  The Host of "Maggie's Magic Menu' on TLC channel. Very welcome to my blog!

Hello everybody! Is it possible to make ‘Macarons’ at home? Yes, I make these macarons at home. Tonight 7:00pm on TLC channel I’m going to show you how to make ‘Macarons ’ and ‘Sole Meunière’, Sole Meunière is a classic French dish. My idol Julia Child, in her memoir ‘My life in France’, she recalled her first meal in Rouen of oysters and sole meunière as a culinary revelation.  See you then. Have a good day everybody!
