品質: Mzuzu 咖啡 來自於分散在馬拉威北部45個水洗處理場. 因此這些地區產出不同特質的咖啡豆, 但是一般來說Mzuzu 咖啡是可說是品質非常好的Arabica, 有芳香風味, 中厚度,風味濃郁且有融合了許多味道. 底層是黑色巧克力也能讓能分辨出來甜味，水果味的調性中顯出一種明亮的橘子味道掠過,然後在後端有微妙的葡萄柚味道。倘若你喜歡有濃郁水果巧克力味和中厚度的口感，那麼，這就是你要的咖啡。. 一般而言烘焙好的硬豆中線都會有一條緊貼的白色銀皮,這樣才會有完美持久的風味，Mzuzu硬豆是Vienna or Full-city烘焙的最佳選擇。有超過25%的Mzuzu's 生豆是由Malawi的”Trust” 烘培, 以保證在適宜的時間給予均衡的烘培和確保完美的滑順風味。這些咖啡豆是先自然冷卻，再被研磨，最後是裝在可撕開的鋁箔袋包裝中來出售。剩下來的生豆是直接出口，並未烘培。

Qualities: Mzuzu coffee comes from 45 washing stations scattered around the northern regions of Malawi. Hence these origins produce different characteristics, but the average cup of Mzuzu coffee is a well-balanced gourmet Arabica, witn great aroma, a medium body, yet rich and complex.It has a dark chocolate bottom in the cup with a touch of sweetness with distinct, fruity tones offering a bright tangerine buzz and hints of grapefruit in the finish. If yu like rich fruity chocolate overtones and good body, this is your coffee. Hard beans with tight-white center cut and excellent lasting flavorx. Medium hard bean roast best at Vienna or Full-city.
Roasting:up to 25% of Mzuzu's green beans are roasted by the Trust, guaranteeing an even roast for exactly the correct period of time, and ensuring a perfectly smooth flavor. the coffee beans are then air-cooled before being ground and packed into re-sealable foil bags for sale. the balance is exported as un-roasted.
