Joyce Mei is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation (ICF) after completing professional training program and certification process by International Coach Academy (ICA) of Australia. In the past years, she has provided professional services to various clients including ING Bank, Allianz Life Insurance Co., AIG/Nanshan Life Insurance Inc., CITI Bank, THI Consultants Inc., J.P. Morgan, Market American, ING/Aetna Insurance Inc, Academia Sinica, and Mega Bank, totaling more than 800 hours in coaching experiences.

Joyce has successfully delivered coaching services in the form of Individual Coaching or Group Coaching, or a combination of both, based on client’s need. She has been particularly successful in the topics of Team Work, Leadership, Performance and Communication which combines core concepts and skills from training, coaching, facilitation and consulting and adopts a heuristic approach as its back-bone process.

Other than expertise in coaching, she also has received training and serviced clients in the following fields: EFT (Emotional Free Technique), Deep Communication (a mental therapy approach), NLP , Organization Constellation and Satir’s Family Therapy. She was also a certified moderator by LUTC (Life Underwriter Training Council of USA) and a certified trainer by ING Aetna.

Joyce’s prior experiences include General Manager of Transamerica Direct Marketing Inc. of Taiwan (AEGON Group), General Manager of Vsource Inc., Director of Direct Marketing Department of American Life Insurance Co., Sr. Agency Manager of Aetna Life Insurance Company of Taiwan, and Administrator of Aetna Life and Casualty (Hartford, CT, USA). In her 28 year professional career with strengths in the fields of training, management, sales, direct marketing and telemarketing, she has studied and worked in the United States for 12 years.

Joyce is an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, New York. Prior to that, she graduated from National Taiwan University with a major in Economics.

生長在眷村的我，從小就充滿韌性，好強不服輸的性格，讓我由空軍子弟小學，進入金華女中，北ㄧ女，台大。
大學4年最難忘的是參與慈幼社，在關懷廣慈博愛院的殘障院童的功課中，學習如何愛護弱小的心靈，也交到ㄧ群富有愛心、充滿熱情的大學伙伴。
畢業後繼續到美國學習MBA，求學過程十分艱困，沒有足夠的財源，只得仰賴餐館打工及少許的獎學金過活。這段歷程教會我"難行能行, 絕不輕言放棄"。
畢業後留在美國的保險公司工作，真正體驗到東西文化不同的衝擊，雖然有機會學習先進的電腦技術與O.R.分析，卻仍感到心靈生活的匱乏，華人的話題不離車子、房子、職位、投資、孩子，難道這就是我未來20年的生活嗎？在美國工作了9年，每3年就晉升一次，這似乎是令人羨慕的，但自己知道我還是要有更大的發展;在因緣際會下全家人決定返台，抱著是一展長才為國效勞的決心，也想試試回到自己的家鄉是否真的能夠金鵬展翅、快樂翱翔？
1991年回國，回到熟悉的保險業，但卻決定從最不熟悉的業務工作做起。人生嶄新的ㄧ頁也就這樣開始了！由於久離故鄉，無任何人際關係，一開始的業務工作全靠陌生拜訪，不斷的挑燈研讀所有業務行銷的訓練書籍，摸索著竟然也登上康健人壽區行銷組第一名的寶座。
離開康健人壽進入美國老東家安泰人壽，完整的教育訓練讓自己蛻變與成長，由區經理、處經理、晉升到資深處經理，發現自己對業務管理與訓練進入蒙眼均可完成的階段，心靈裡『再上一層樓』的聲音開始呼喚我。
離開安泰人壽進入美國人壽的電話行銷,直效行銷領域，全新的銷售方法，打破過去AGENT業務銷售的思維模式，在美國人壽將一個業務已完全萎縮的公司, 重新建立起來，公司業務開始穩定做兩倍、3倍成長。感恩美國人壽的歷練, 讓我體會到天下沒有不可能的事，有願就有力，只要有心都不難！
父親的癌症讓我離開美國人壽，也重新思考人生與工作的方向，自許工作上未完成的的挑戰僅剩總經理職務，而人生最大的挑戰是如何發揮生命的使用權, 過不後悔的人生。兩樣課題,讓我在50歲前均能順利的完成，做了兩間國際公司的總經理，成功的建立起它們的業務，面對人生的課題也選擇深入佛法，不斷力行與精進，過付出無所求的人生。
在50耳順之年，決定再給自己一個挑戰，學習"Executive Coaching"(高階主管教練)，讓自己的人生歷練能夠真正幫助後浪，使台灣的人才能在世界舞台中站出來，使高階主管能夠發揮潛力, 過一個更快樂、平衡的人生, coach的工作, 讓我的事業與志業能夠結合，讓我助人的價值觀終於找到發揮的管道，我很高興地說:我終於找到了心靈的方向,我也終於找到『佛法人間化』最好的工具。 聯絡我的方式如下:
