參加對象：預產期在結訓日2週後的孕媽咪與爸比

上課時間：暫訂0616起四或五個週末下午，共12.5小時

上課內容：懷孕與生產的身心強化與放鬆技巧，陪產技巧。

上課方式：以觀看影片、討論、說明...來了解生產；以團體催眠(放鬆.釋放負面情緒.與強化信心的引導)及自我催眠(冥想)找回婦女與生俱來的本能力量，與小寶寶共同努力，在爸比的守護協助下創造自然美好的生產經驗。

費用：

原價每組9650元，優惠每組?000元(含原文教科書附催眠CD及中文講義、CD、防爆生產球)，甜杏仁按摩油100ML200元(孕婦按摩，會陰按摩及嬰兒按摩用)，自由購買。

作業：

每週特定閱讀頁數及練習，課程結束後繳交期末心得，產後完成評估表
