健康飲食守則

　　1. 每次進食最好達七至八成飽，避免過飽加重胃部負擔。

　　2. 少食多餐，餐與餐之間可以水果等健康小食補充體能，但不宜過多，保持正餐按正常分量進食，避免「餐大餐細」。

　　3. 減慢進食速度，有助控制進食分量及體重，減輕對胃部造成的壓力。

　　4. 餐後休息十五至三十分鐘，宜散步忌坐下，避免餐後立即工作或進行劇烈運動。

　　6. 小心控制體重，遠離油膩食物，飲食宜清淡，避免因過胖令胃部受壓而引致胃酸倒流。

　　治療方法知多

　　胃酸倒流困擾不少都市人，但此非不治之症，只要及早確診及接受治療，便可大大紓緩徵狀。治療胃酸倒流以藥物為主，當中最有效及常用的乃胃酸泵抑制劑，可有效控制胃酸分泌量，減低胃酸倒流入食道的機會。姚醫生指出，八成病人於服藥後一至兩星期，可有效紓緩徵狀，部分出現食道灼損患者或需服藥八星期，嚴重患者，更可能需要長期服用藥物以控制病情。
