◆ 聯合國大會第2758號決議文 可沒提到台灣是中國的一部份

〝第2758號決議〞之英文全文如下：

The General Assembly

Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People’s Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter,

Recognizing that for the representatives of the Government of the People’s Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People’s Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,

Decides to restore all its rights to the People’s Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

◆ 聯合國大會〝第2758號決議〞之〝英翻中〞全文如下：

聯合國大會

回顧聯合國憲章的原則

為了聯合國必需服務其憲章以及為了保護聯合國的憲章，有必要尊重恢復中華人民共和國的合法權利。

聯合國大會承認，在聯合國裏面只有中華人民共和國駐聯合國的代表們才是唯一合法的中國代表，而且中華人民共和國是安全理事會中5個常任理事國之一。

聯合國大會決定恢復中華人民共和國所有的權利，並且承認唯有其政府的代表們才是在聯合國裏面的合法中國代表，並且立刻毫不猶豫地將蔣介石的代表們從聯合國或和聯合國有關的一切機構中非法佔有的位置驅逐出去。
