        <description><![CDATA[偶然看到松鼠在野山的老山茶樹上跳上跳下，好奇地駐足觀看之際，才發現俗稱「膨鼠」的松鼠一會兒在樹上啃食著茶籽，一會兒叨著茶籽往樹林跑，尋著松鼠足跡，夫妻倆找到一些野生的茶樹，好奇地採摘一些茶菁帶回家小量製成紅茶，沒想到味道十分獨特，於是開始自家製作紅茶，並將品牌命名為「膨鼠紅茶」。]]></description>

<p><font color="#bf5f00">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在研發顆粒紅茶的過程中，遇上了很多難題，但是膨鼠紅茶研究的精神還是給他克服了，</font><font color="#bf5f00">一般來說紅茶的葉子比烏龍茶的大，因此在顆粒成型的過程中比較困難，有一次試驗時茶葉要捲不捲的才發現紅茶要做成顆粒還是有很大的學習空間，另一個原因就是，紅茶的葉子比烏龍茶的葉子&quot;黏&quot;，烏龍茶是乾鬆乾鬆這樣，以我個人認為台茶18號為最黏，常常在製程中結成很&quot;大&quot;的顆粒&gt;&quot;&lt;，有大拇指這麼大，但經過幾次的試驗後，慢慢的掌握到技巧，也成功的克服困難，研發出&quot;膨鼠顆粒紅茶&quot;。</font></p>

<p>2008-9-19製茶</p>
<p>今天製茶有兩種品種，膨鼠紅茶、和膨鼠紅玉(18號)</p>
<p>製作的量不是很多，但在製茶的過程中有茶菁進來，所以有小忙到。</p>
<p>茶葉揉捻成型還不錯，茶葉呈現完整的條型狀。</p>
<p>不過還需經過人工撿茶梗才可以包裝上市喔~</p>
<p>膨鼠紅茶就是有堅持的部分!這樣品質才會更好。</p>
