介紹:

 秉持著『服務人類就是在累積自己價值』的信念,1990年,一位西藏佛教徒巴俄紮鬥在地處偏遠且沒有學校的嘎少村莊建立了一所孤兒院--- 嘎少孤兒院,也為那些失去親人且失學的孩子開啟了另一扇窗!

嘎少孤兒院純粹是一個社福組織,並且由於宗教上的情操,而致力於服務各階層中那些需要幫助的西藏人。

我們將重心著重在大部分西藏學校不願擔負的責任及道德義務,並且事實證明也它是值得去做的。在充滿熱誠的巴俄紮鬥嘎瑪義平及其它老師勤勉努力的期望下,我們憑藉著教育的力量引領這些孤兒和單親孩子朝更幸福的境界邁進!並且,在生命有限的時間裡,我們將畢生奉獻於教育上,因此倘若我們忘了這些並且假裝僅靠著自身的努力而成就了自己就太可悲了!

 嘎少孤兒院的組成是意圖朝向使我們面對生活挑戰為目的的組織,而且我們藉由持續努力加強孤兒院孩子的教育、保存國家文化和傳統、一般孩子的教育(特別包括我們現在做的關於民主政治的原則) ,和提高一般大眾對孤兒院孩子的認識和關心中漸漸達成。

Introduction :

With the motto " Service to humanity is to accomulate merits for self "

The home has been established by a buddhist monk called shri Pawo Dadul in 1990 to meet the needs of children from remote Chodrak villages where there is no school.

 Chodrak Kathour Boarding school is purely a socail organization. , and is, by this memorandum, established with the solemn objective of serving in whatever small measures that it can – the Tibetan community in areas of its life where needs are seen more obviously to be felt.

We who had been educated in what must be emphasized as the most privileged Tibetan school have a scared duty and a moral obligation to prove ourselves worthy of it all. The hope of the Painstaking efforts of many and dedicated Shri Pawo Damdup and Shri Karma Shenphen – whether as teachers, whose guiding spirits has been the well being of all the orphans and semi-orphans cause, had been made in our education. Indeed, Lifetimes had been sacrificed to our upbringing during the most formative stage of our lives. It would be a tragedy, therefore, if we are to forget all this and pretend that we are what we are solely because of our own efforts.

The formation of the Chodrak Kathour Boarding school is designed to be a step towards repaying our debt of gratitude to an institution that has been instrumental in preparing us to meet the challenges of life. And this we can do by strengthening it's hands in its continuing efforts towards the education of the orphan Children, the preservation of the country culture and tradition, the education of the general Children (including, in particular about principles of democracy to which we are now committed), and enhancing the awareness of and attention to the orphan children cause by a wide range of kind consideration people audience.
