This week we had a VC with the teachers and students from Australia ,
Canada, Turkey , Korea , Solomon, and Taiwan
It’s a very exciting video conference.
With Elluminate live, we met the friends from different countries.
Not only the students but the teachers were sooooo touched.
Now, I’d like to share with you a poem from a Turkish teacher, Huri.
Hello Stace , Virginia , Doris, Cindy, Philip and Youngjoo,
Thank you very much for this unforgettable experince.
Everybody was great. We had a great pleasure to meet so wonderful friends
and their cute and brilliant students. To our excitement,
we didn't take any photos or did no recording. I wanted to share a poem
in memory of this successful linkup.
Hope you will enjoy.
I would like to express my feelings
About the linkup in a poetic way
Even though we are living so many a mile away
In different continents yet in different hemisphere
We have managed to create
Such a fabulous atmosphere
Many and many thanks to Virginia and Stace,
Who welcomed and embraced us with grace
It is the global network that has brought us here
Helped to get to know the friends and students so dear
The melting pot was the Elluminaterooms
Which looked like beautiful blooms
It was more than a great experience and interaction
To share so much unique information
My students and I were excited and thrilled
Doing and listening to the wonderful presentation
We will always remember Gunbalanya School ’s bush tucker
Wish to join them as a buffalo hunter
Korean cuisine made us feel hungry
The tasty and spicy recipe sounded yummy
Singing a song the Taiwanese students did the best
To our pleasure they added a great zest
From Solomon Islands we had Philip as the last participant
Who put a great deal to the session’s enhancement
Four continents have become one world
To bridge the traditions and cultures on earth
Every single moment of this linkup was so nice
More than glad to meet you, guys
Me and my community
We have so much dignity
We live in great harmony
And work in peace and solidarity
Looking forward to having another opportunity
To strengthen our collaboration and productivity.
Warmly,
Huri Cinar

Q & A
With a happy ending, we're looking forward to the next meeting on line.
Thanks Virginia, and Stace. Without you two, we couldn't meet together.

Feedback from Youngjoo , Korea .
Hello everyone,
How are you doing these days after the big event?
When I and my students recall the linkup,
we get smile and happy over and over.
So I'd like to send you same shirts which
my students wear in the attached picture.
And if you send me the picture of your wearing the shirts,
it would make me and my students happy and feel that
' we are one'
If you like it, please let me know the size of your shirts.
( I could only afford for teachers and the students who presented.
And, after getting shirts,
please take a picture with you and your students
wearing in the shirts.
Stace, Cindy and Phiiip, it is ok for yourself picture. )
And let me know where I have to send it.
I attached the detalis of korean shirt size.
