Do you know how to properly eat/drink Bouillabaisse?

Every thursday this restaurant receives directly from France a shipment of fresh mediterranean fish to make this authentic bouillabaisse. The broth is fortified with lots of seafood shells and trimmings and flavored with the typical flavors of the region: garlic, saffron, olive oil and tomatoes.

extremely flavorful soup

the smear you put on bread, made with the soup stock, potatoes and garlic. YUMMY

after you put the smear on the bread, then sprinkle cheese on top.....then dunk it in the soup

after finishing the soup, then you have the fish inside the soup.
