每當不能出去吃好吃的，總是得在家煮點東西解解我的讒蟲，這是一塊梅花豬排，不加油用平底鍋煎，先將2面以中火將肉汁封住之後，再用小火慢慢煎，就可以煎成外酥內嫩的口感，唯一的要求是肉質以及肉的厚度，必須要稍微厚一些，不能太薄，否則就失去了口感，旁邊的蘆筍是當令食材，清甜爽口，用燙的或是用炒的都行，佐以日式醬汁(下方的羅蔔泥+柴魚醬油)或是灑上義大利岩鹽就好吃得不得了了，這就是jocelyn的家庭小小西餐廳，希望你也喜歡

這是嫩煎羊小排，以jocelyn的經驗，忠孝東路sogo賣的羊小排(新鮮的不是冷凍的那種喔)是我吃過比較沒有羊臊味，肉質軟嫩，唯一的缺點是份量太少.....一樣煎好之後，灑上岩鹽，好吃好吃啦
