<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;"><img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/26.gif"/>這 位哈佛醫生寫道：「肉類和澱粉宜分開吃：人體消化肉類和澱粉的酵素是不一樣的，一個是需要偏酸環境的胃蛋白酶，另一個是需要偏鹼環境的澱粉酶，混吃將帶給 胃較大的負擔。讓我們來想像一下！當人體吃進澱粉時，口腔即已開始進行分解，唾液中含有的消化酵素『澱粉酶』在偏鹼性的環境中活動力較高<span>(其pH值在6.7-7.0時活動力最強)。當澱粉酶到了胃部，如果沒有太多胃酸，它還是可以繼續工作，沒有太大問題。但是，如果此時又吃進了肉類，由於消化肉的的胃蛋白</span></span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">酶</span><span style="font-family:新細明體;">適合在偏酸的環境<span>(pH值=2是它最活躍的時刻)，所以肉類一進入胃部，胃會開始分泌比較多的胃酸，以利胃蛋白酶的作用。因此，當澱粉和肉類同時進入胃部以後，胃部有兩個消化酵素在工作，兩相攪和的結果，雙方都消化得不太好，而且容易產生脹氣，長期下來胃容易消化不良。」</span></span></p>

            <title><![CDATA[自然醫學(二)]]></title>

<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">自然療法是結合生理與心靈、科學與經驗、傳統與文化的治療與診斷。因為傳統醫學強調診斷性的檢測，以化學藥劑來治療，而沒有將焦點放在病人的身、心、靈的整體上，現已慢慢地無法滿足現代人的健康意識。<span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;"> &nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:新細明體;"><img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/79.gif"/>自然療法的基本原則，除了調整生活習慣、改變飲食形態之外，自然療法醫師亦可透過多種治療形式來強化健康，包括自然營養學、草藥學、中醫學、按摩療法、酵素療法、印度醫學、芳香療法、水療法、同類療法等。</span></p>
<span></span><span style="font-family:新細明體;">而我，在</span><span>90</span><span style="font-family:新細明體;">年代研究</span><span style="font-family:新細明體;">「自然療法」之初，重點鑽研的是其自然營養學的飲食理論。早在西元兩千年多年前醫學之父<span>Hippocrates<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/26.gif"/>就已經知道飲食和健康之間的關係：「讓你的食物成為你的藥，讓你的藥成為你的食物。」</span></span>      <p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">此理念與中醫學的「藥食同源」不謀而合！更加強了我對「自然療法」的興趣。<span>^^另外，能夠應用在美顏、抗老化、減肥的按摩療法、草藥學、酵精療法、芳香療法等，更是我研究重點。</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">之前我在專欄中寫到的「食油不健康，容易肥<span>?」、「食物有毒」、「酵精健康法」等內容，就是源自於「自然療法」的理論。有不少Blog友留言道:「從你的網誌、專欄中除了可以學到健康瘦身的方法，更可以學習到如何改善生活、飲食習慣而活得更健康！」這，就是我不斷學習的動力。<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/1.gif"/></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">在英文裡，醫師(Doctor)這個名詞來自拉丁文的教師(Teacher)；教導預防應該是最重要的，治療已發生的疾病是次要了。</span></p>

            <title><![CDATA[自然醫學 (一)]]></title>

            <description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">有些朋友知道我完成了</span><span style="font-family:新細明體;">「自然療法醫學課程」後問我，何謂「自然療法」？其實，這並不是新興的醫學，反之，是極為古老的醫學智慧。<span><img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/5.gif"/></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:新細明體;">&nbsp;</span><b style=""><span style="font-family:新細明體;color:blue;">自然療法<span>(Naturopathy)</span></span></b><span style="font-family:新細明體;">是一種治療的方法，它是使用各種自然、無害、無毒的方式，使人能夠有力量達到最健康的程度。雖然這個名詞至<span>19世紀末期才出現，但其理念根源卻可追溯到幾千年前；自然療法吸收了許多國家的醫療智慧，<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/26.gif"/>包括中國醫學(Chinese Medicine)、印度醫學(Ayurvedic Medicine)和希臘的 Hippocrates 醫學概念等。自然醫學是注重預防的醫學，主張使用天然無毒性、無副作用的自然療法來預防疾病、治療疾病且維持健康，是一套有科學性、理論性的醫學。<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/1.gif"/>其 理論相信，人的身體有相當的自癒能力，醫師只是一個催化的角色，以提供自然、無毒的療法來強化身體的自癒過程並建立身、心、靈全面性的健康 (Physical、Mental、Spirit)。其主要目標在於建立並維持人體最佳的生理健康狀況，並提升心理的健全。「生理健康(Health)」 的定義是指肉體、情緒和精神上皆為理想的狀況，而「心理健康(Wellness)」則是指以正面積極的情緒狀態，引導出良好的健康狀況。<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/4.gif"/></span></span></p>
<span style="font-family:新細明體;"></span><span style="font-family:新細明體;"><img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/79.gif"/>世界各地正快速的增加對自然療法的需求量，漸漸減低對傳統西方醫學的倚賴性。根據《新英格蘭醫學期刊》<span>(New England Journal of Medicine) 的調查發現，全球將近有三分之一的人口選擇以自然療法來治病(包括英國皇室成員)，而我早已利用自然療法中的酵精療法、水療法、按摩療法等來抗老化及促進 健康，以及應用在我的美顏瘦身專門店裡面。（下期續）<img src="http://hk.l.yimg.com/hk.yimg.com/i/icon/16/103.gif"/></span></span>]]></description>
